The Twin Brooks Restoration facility contains 3 buildings:

Building 1: Assembly and Finishing
Building 1 is Twin Brooks Restoration's original building. This contains the old office, as well as our breakroom and the Assembly and Finishing shop. Vehicles will be in this building if they are being prepared for a show, or during final stages of assembly, and while being prepared for delivery.

Building 2: Body Shop
All of the body work at Twin Brooks Restoration is done in a separate area from the mechanical shop and the assembly and finishing shop, so that no dust or debris from sanding, grinding, etc. is near finished vehicles, or vehicles nearing completion. The body shop features:

  • Spray booth
  • Planishing hammers
  • Beading and slip rollers
  • Pullmax metal-forming machine
  • Shrinker and stretcher for sheetmetal forming
  • English wheels
  • Tig ang Mig welders

Building 3: Mechanical Shop
The mechanical shop is the stepping stone between the body shop and the finishing and assembly shop. In this area, vehicles undergo any mechanical service that may be needed, whether a customer brings a vehicle in for a tune-up, or if the vehicle needs mechanical work done at all during the restoration or customization process. The mechanical shop features:

  • Rotary-hydraulic lift
  • Bridgeport vertical milling machine
  • Lathe
  • Tire mounting and balancing equipment
  • Press
